Rethinking the WA7JHZ high pass filter

Schematic for a 2.6 Mhz high pass filter by David Forsman WA7JHZ of Lewiston, ID.

Mr. Forsman's original filter. The aluminum plate was apparently used as a ground.

I enclosed my filter in a plastic box with ground strips as inductor ground.

I marked the holes for the SO239 connectors with a highlighter pen.

I cut the holes using a Dremel 125 conical cutting tip.

A pretty sloppy cut, but this was a first attempt at using a Dremel.
